IMEI Registration System (CEIR)
CEIR is a registration system for any kind of mobile devices with IMEI and has capability to connect GSM system (mobile phone, GSM modem, tablet computer, pocket computer, POS device, embedded systems etc.) to check the legality of the devices' including import process. While CEIR allows communication permit for devices with legal background, it blocks the communication of illegal devices such as unregistered, stolen, cloned or illegal imported.
MNP Number Portability System:
MNP is a service that allows to keep the phone numbers assigned to customers while changing the mobile network operator. The desired ultimate goal is to increase consumer satisfaction and competition among mobile network operator. It allows the user to get service from any operator, without having to inform all the contacts about number change. MNP is defined as fundamental user right in EU legislation.
